We offer flexible shipping options to ensure your ALEMI order arrives just the way that suits you best:

• Standard: Delivery within 2 business days after dispatch
• Express: Delivery on the next business day after dispatch

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post as insured parcels with tracking information.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 9:00 a.m. (CET) are processed the same business day.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email — including your personal tracking number. This allows you to easily follow the status of your delivery. Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the selected method:

• Standard: 2–3 business days | Free of charge
• Express: 1–2 business days | CHF 15

No customs duties or import fees apply for deliveries within Switzerland or the EU.

For orders outside these regions, additional charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs — with two exceptions: for orders to the USA and the UK, we cover all customs duties and import fees for you (Delivery Duty Paid).

Please note: You are responsible for any additional charges in other countries. In the case of a return, you may need to request a refund directly from your local customs authority.
