As long as your order hasn’t been packed, we’re happy to make changes or cancel it. Just send us an email with your order number and request to info@alemi-zurich.com. Once you receive a shipping confirmation, your order is already on its way— and unfortunately, no further changes can be made.
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email —including your personal tracking number. Please note: it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Is your favorite piece currently sold out? No problem—simply sign up for our "Back in Stock" reminder on the product page. As soon as the item is available again, we’ll notify you automatically via email.

Yes – you can buy digital gift cards worth CHF 25, CHF 50, CHF 100, CHF 200 or CHF 500. After purchase, you’ll receive the gift code via email, which can be redeemed right away or at a later time—whenever it suits you.
In certain cases, custom-made items are possible. If you're interested in a personalized ALEMI product, just reach out to us via info@alemi-zurich.com.
Yes – for orders of 50 pieces or more, we offer personalized items for companies, for example as gifts for clients, employees, or events. More information can be found here.
With the right care, your ALEMI bag will accompany you for many years. You can find our care recommendations here.
We offer a repair service for all ALEMI products. Repairs within the warranty period are free of charge. For all other cases, we’ll gladly provide a custom quote. More information about our repair service is available here.
Yes – all ALEMI products come with a two-year legal warranty. It covers material or production defects that are not caused by normal use. More about warranty coverage can be found here.
