Terms of participation
1. General Information
The giveaway is organized by ALEMI Zurich. All natural persons aged 18 and older with a residence in Europe are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge and is independent of the purchase of goods or services.
This giveaway is not connected to or sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook or Instagram. All questions, comments, or complaints should be addressed directly to ALEMI Zurich (info@alemi-zurich.com) and not to Facebook or Instagram.
By participating, participants accept the following terms and conditions.
2. Conditions for Participation
Participation is done by signing up for the ALEMI Zurich newsletter and confirming the registration via email (double opt-in process).
Persons aged 18 and older are eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries and the use of giveaway services or automated systems will lead to disqualification.
Employees of ALEMI Zurich and their relatives are excluded from participation.
The giveaway ends on May 10th, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET.
3. Prize
Two HELVETIA bags will be raffled. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The claim to the prize is non-transferable.
4. Determination and Notification of Winners
The winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible participants after the end of the giveaway. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 24 hours, ALEMI Zurich reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
5. Data Protection
To participate in the giveaway, participants must provide their name and email address. In the event of winning, the first and last name as well as the postal address will be required to send the prize. All data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties, except to delivery service providers for the purpose of delivering the prize.

6. Liability
ALEMI Zurich assumes no responsibility for technical disruptions or failures of social media platforms or the newsletter system that may interfere with participation in the giveaway.
7. Miscellaneous
ALEMI Zurich reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if technical or legal reasons prevent its proper execution.
Legal recourse is excluded.
